We will map out a plan for a simple and efficient project- which room is first, last, etc. Most homeowners doing multiple rooms stay a day ahead by moving the items before.

Steps for Interior House Painting

I have developed a systematic approach to deliver the quality interior house painting job that you earnestly desire. Every effort is made for thorough workmanship in an efficient focused agenda.

De-clutter	You prepare the rooms by removing breakables and small items. To keep prices low, you will remove and re-install window curtains, blinds outlet& switchplate covers. I will assist in moving furniture for up to 15 minutes per room, additional labor is a surcharge.
Set-up	Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All surfaces are protected with drop cloths and tape.
Prepare	All repairs are done to ceilings, walls and trim. Drywall and failed drywall tape is properly fixed- the right way, not the quick shoddy way. Textures are matched on any surface, and I’m great at popcorn and sandswirl ceilings, splatter, orange-peel and smooth finishes. I fix numerous small dents, nicks and holes. Windows, trim and baseboards are caulked. Stain-covering primer is skillfully applied on all problem areas. Based upon your desires, I can do wonders with distressed rooms! 33 years experience has taught me how to do it the right way.
Paint	All repairs are pre-painted to ensure a consistent finish. Top coats are applied, preferably two coats. I prefer the best quality materials and will give you excellent top-line materials for just the difference in costs.
Clean	I skillfully cut and peel away the tape, mess and clutter to reveal a fresh new living space. Your floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept and then I move furniture and items back in place. You are provided with labeled left-over paint for touch-ups in the years to come.
Inspect	You’ll be able to inspect and see all the effort and diligence, from start to fantastic finish. It’s your project and you want it done right. I’m your painter for straight lines and meticulous attention to details.
